Calling all friends of Ridley 4-H WE NEED YOUR OLD LIGHTBULBS! With the rise of LED technology, the older incandescent light bulbs are a thing of the past...BUT WE STILL USE THEM IN OUR WILDLIFE ROOM because they produce heat as well as light. So...if you have any boxes laying around in your closet, basement, garage etc...PLEASE let us know! 40...60... 75...100 watt...we'll be able to use them. Please ask your friends and families also! CCG and all the critters thank you!!!! Share-Share-Share!!

What if your family could see the world from a new perspective—without ever leaving home?
This summer, Tennessee 4-H is inviting families to host a Japanese exchange student for a 4-week homestay. Hosting means sharing everyday life—meals, conversations, and traditions—while learning just as much as you teach.

Hosting is simple: one more seat at the table, an open heart, and a willingness to share your world. The impact lasts far beyond four weeks.

🗓️ Hosting period: July 22-August 15, 2026
