Would it be possible that USC has something against the Irish? We have been turned down about 5 times and the first 4 I fixed what they said i needed to. This last time on November 15 I asked for an appointment to see what was wrong with our application and how to fix it. On December 15 after not hearing from them I requested an appointment again. Just wondering
