The Walt Disney Hometown Museum and the Missouri Writing Project invite K–12 educators from all grade levels and content areas to apply for the 2026 Here & Now! Place-Based Summer Workshop. This immersive experience explores how place-based learning strengthens disciplinary literacy, builds community and collaboration, and engages students through authentic, local experiences. Designed especially for school teams (2–4 teachers), but individual educators are welcome.
