When sisterhood is just as important as rank and martial arts style...today was filled with genuine comrade at the Sisterhood Summit!

Thank you, Master Robin and Instructors Lisa, Josie & Hind for leading sessions. We appreciate your time, expertise and inspiration. And shoutout to those that traveled near and far to attend.

We are grateful to offer this experience, all in the name of sisterhood!

Fun. Fair. Female.

The Mid-Atlantic All Female Karate Open is a tournament series for female competitors while supporting the sisterhood within martial arts.

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to host this event again and it was indeed a great day! Martial arts schools traveled near and far to share this experience. Where martial arts style, rank or affiliations don't matter and sisterhood does.

Congratulations to our team for rockin' it on the mat! And ALL of the competitors for showing up! Remember, you are a part of something bigger; a sisterhood that wants to see you win and learn.

Thank you to all of the judges, volunteers and staff for your hard work. And school owners and families for your support. We are grateful.

See you next year!
