Spent the evening with our friends at Gilbane Building Company! Attendees participated in an interactive workshop that emphasized personal awareness versus physical response, boundaries, consent and an introduction to basic self-defense application.

Today we hosted our in-house tournament. Women & girls from our dojo along with our extended martial arts family all rocked it in the ring! As always, we win or learn.

When one of your students is home after graduating college with a 💥3.8 GPA💥 and makes time to come by the dojo to gift me ANOTHER college hat.... first one was 4 years ago when she graduated from high school and today, I was gifted a hat from Radboud University where she will be attending grad school this fall in the NETHERLANDS! 👀 Along with a heartfelt letter that I may have read tearfully. So. Proud. 🫶
