For anyone looking for infant care my daughter-in law, Colby, is opening up her own in-home infant daycare beginning of June! She is located in Columbia, MO on the south side just off of Green Meadows. Some basic info; she will be open M-F from 7:00-5:30 and will be charging $265 a week. Colby has been working full time at Little Miracles infant/toddler location as a lead teacher with 8 under 2, so she has lots of experience balancing needs if multiple babies. She is excited to be opening her own location with just 3 infants so they will all get lots of love and attention!

Spring at Little Miracles Preschool means: Egg art, chicks, learning about plants and how they grow, sidewalk chalk, fresh air, friendship and enjoying each day as we all learn and grow together!!

We are hiring 1-2 part time teachers at Little Miracles Preschool!! We are looking for individuals who share our passion for young children and want to make a difference. Experience with children in a group setting is preferred, as well as having had or willing to take classes/training on topics such as social/emotional growth and development, developmentally appropriate practice, working with families and rules and regulations to meet licensing requirements in MO. Individuals need to have a clean background check and be willing to become first aide and CPR certified. Hours will be 2:30-5:30 M-F, with the potential for additional hours as the need arises. Responsibilities will include care and supervision of children ages 2-5, interacting with/playing with children, cleaning, assisting children with needs such as diaper changes or assisting with toileting, snack preparation and interacting with parents at pick up time. Merry Christmas from Little Miracles Preschool!!

We are off to a great start to our 2021/2022 preschool year at Little Miracles!! We’ve been talking about our feelings, our friends and our families for the last couple of weeks. We are working a lot on cooperation, being kind and keeping our friends safe!

We took our crew to Rock Bridge State Park today!! We enjoyed walking trail, taking turns going into the cave, singing songs while we waited, splashing in the creek, playing duck, duck goose and having a picnic lunch!!

We took group pictures to show off our tie dye shirts and enjoyed our story and sing time outside!!

Tie Dye and painting with food colored ice cubes are great summer art and science activities!!
