Google Forms now allows users to save progress! This is a game changer for teachers. So many times our lessons, quizzes, activities get interrupted by unexpected circumstances, and this week be so helpful for students to just resume.
Progress is saved for 30 days. Progress is auto-saved.

Definitely worth checking into!
Classroom Quickview is a Chrome extension that displays upcoming Google Classroom assignments on the new tab page.
Your school might consider pushing this extension out to students to keep upcoming assignments in view throughout the day.
Students can click on an assignment to view the class and assignment details.

Teachers! YES!
Google Classroom has a feature called "originality reports" that checks student work for un-cited passages.
This feature only works with Google Docs....but that is about to change!
Based on Google's upcoming release database, originality reports will also work with Google Slides!
This feature is under active development, but a release date has not been listed.
