Adults’ Perceptions of Childhood Experiences

We are seeking adult research participants for a one-time completely online survey. We’re examining adults’ perceptions of various childhood experiences and their responses to questions about childhood development. Participants will need to be 18-50 years of age, be able to read/write English well enough to complete the survey, and have reliable internet access. Participation is voluntary and should last approximately 15-20 minutes. To compensate for the time and effort, participants can enter their name and email in a separate linked survey in order to enter a raffle for a $50 Amazon gift card. This information will not be linked to the primary survey. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to the student researcher, Ava Roderick: [email protected]

If interested, the link to the survey can be found here: https://missouri.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_4SmeRWbb0Ozodmu

Put your hands together for Chris Shepard, BS, who's the lead author on this research paper published in the journal Behavioral Sleep Medicine. https://bit.ly/3iprfm5

"Findings indicate the need to reevaluate safety protocols that may impact sleep, particularly that may increase daytime sleepiness, and to develop evidence-based sleep interventions for individuals admitted to inpatient psychiatric hospitals."

We're proud of the work Chris and his colleagues are doing in this critical area!
