Congratulations to Truman School PhD student Ann Obadan, who is a 2021 APPAM Equity and Inclusion Fellow! The fellowship will support Ann's attendance at APPAM's fall research conference in November, where she will have the opportunity to network with other fellows.

This summer, Vice Provost for International Programs and Truman School Associate Professor led a group of 15 students on a two-week study abroad in Kyrgyzstan. During the trip on July 22, Mizzou signed its second cooperation agreement with a Kyrgyz university - the Toktomamatov International University in Jalal-Abad. The first such agreement was signed earlier this spring, with Jalal-Abad State University.
