Henry earned his black belt! It was a long journey, especially during this pandemic. I am proud to have had Henry as my student. I'm looking forward to continued training with him. Shodan is the beginning of the best part of his training.
This will be the last post for Shoshin Ryu of Albuquerque. After 11 years, our dojo has helped many people, young and old, learn to make better versions of themselves.
Henry getting his black belt is a perfect end to a fantastic journey in martial arts in Albuquerque.

The last day for our dojo will be July 16th. I am moving away from NM.
Rio Grande Shoshin will take over the dojo starting July 21.
After offering training in Albuquerque since 2009, I am sorry to have to leave.
I want all my former students to know that you are appreciated and will be missed.
As in look through pictures of kids that have grown into adults, I hope that the training you recieved made a positive impact on your life.

We are offering online, Zoom, classes for $30 per month.
Classes are 30 minutes.
Tuesday and Thursday from 8pm to 8:30pm.
Open to both adults and kids.
