You asked, we listened. Women's no-gi is officially joining the schedule, Sundays 12pm-1pm.

Our women's program is led by Kindra Barrett, Cavalo's first female black belt, and is built specifically to help women develop strong, confident no-gi jiu-jitsu in a safe and supportive environment.

Expect high-quality technique, controlled live sparring, and training partners who care about your progress and safety.

This class is open to all levels. Whether you're brand new, cross-training from the gi, or looking to sharpen your competition game, we'd love to have you.

Congrats to everyone who competed at the Fuji BJJ Expo in Kansas City last weekend! We're proud of our team and the hard work they've put in to prepare for this event. We'll take the lessons learned and start working towards the next one.
