As we wrap up our final week of Summer Full Day at Adventure Club, we're looking back on some of the amazing memories we made this summer!

Students had a blast at our foam parties and they also enjoyed a visit from the Columbia Fire Department, learning valuable fire safety tips from local firefighters.

Throughout the summer, students explored their creativity through hands-on projects and had the opportunity to attend the University of Missouri's production of Frog and Toad.

Thank you to our students, families, and staff for making this summer one to remember. We hope you enjoy these snapshots from all the fun, learning, and memories we made along the way!

Adventure Club at Russell has been full of fun and creativity! From our Spring Party to student-created clubs, we have had so many exciting opportunities to learn, play, and connect.
Students enjoyed participating in Pokémon and Video Game Club, and many had the chance to create, lead, and share their interests with their peers. It has been wonderful to see their leadership, creativity, and enthusiasm as they explored activities they love and helped others enjoy them too.

Two Mile Prairie wrapped up Agriculture Week with a very special surprise—baby ducks! 🐥
The children had the opportunity to meet, hold, and learn about baby ducks while exploring the important role animals play in agriculture. It was a hands-on experience that brought lots of smiles, excitement, and curiosity. What a fun and memorable way to celebrate the end of an amazing week of learning!

TMP AC had a fantastic time learning about tie-dye! A parent volunteer taught us about different tie-dye techniques and styles, and the kids loved getting creative with their designs.
We also celebrated with our Waffle Party Night, where the children cooked waffles for their parents and put on a special performance. It was a wonderful evening filled with creativity, fun, and family connections!lauren MU Psychology student

Ridgeway Adventure Club is off to a fantastic start this summer! ☀️
Our students have been having a blast building, creating, and spending time together. One of the biggest hits so far has been Z-Tag—a fast-paced game that has quickly become a favorite! The kids ask to play it again and again, and it's been wonderful to see their excitement, teamwork, and energy each day.

Midway is having a fantastic summer! Students have been staying active, creative, and engaged through a variety of exciting activities. We've enjoyed exploring new experiences with Meta Horizon VR, spending time outdoors, building and creating, and using our imaginations through dramatic play. It's been wonderful to see so much learning, teamwork, and fun!

At Shepard, we had a very special visitor come as our guest speaker...Trooper the emotional support animal!! We read a book about him and even got his paw print stamped on our hands. We absolutely loved meeting him.
We also wrapped up the year with our Luau party! We had ice cream, fun decorations, and a photo booth. What an amazing year it has been at Shepard! We are so thankful for all of the fun, learning, and memories we made together this year!

Rock Bridge Adventure Club held a super fun family event where we made pennants and lava lamps, ran an intricate relay race, and watched some videos in our cozy corner when we need a break from all the activity. Even though the rain kept us inside, we still had a blast!

This month at Paxton was full of fun in the sun! We soaked up as much outdoor time as we could, and even on the occasional rainy day, the fun didn't stop. We also enjoyed a wonderful family breakfast event that was filled with laughter, connection, and plenty of smiles. Thank you to all our families for making this month so special!
