As comes to a close, we are reminded of our amazing Kewpie community.

We were surprised this morning with this wall of notes from students. It's now going to be a permanent addition to our space. Our Kewpies are simply the best, and we are grateful every day to be here with them.

We've had 2 days of welcoming freshman advisories to the library for our Freshman Free Book Fair.

We know that all of our , and we are excited to give them a free book to kick off the school year.

Looking for something different to do at lunch this year? Browse the KewpsRead carts in the building. Right now you'll find them outside the library, in the West Office, and in the Upper Commons.

We're always adding magazines, books, and activity books (word search, crosswords) and the best part...you can keep them!

We were thrilled to host the Summer PD for the Missouri Association of School Librarians at the end of the July.

It was an inspiring day, connecting with school librarians from all over the state and hearing from Amy Hermon of the School Librarians United podcast.

It's about that time...

Start gathering your items and get ready to return them all to the library. Bring things back now if you're no longer using them.

SENIORS: All items are due by 5/16. HHS administration reserves the right to withhold diplomas, so be sure to return everything!

Laptop return will occur on 5/23 during 2B for grades 9-11.

What a way to end the week in the library! Students were treated to free mini succulents along with our regular Free Fruit Friday (it went quickly this morning!). Buddha Boards were out for a chill activity. Candy counting is in full swing, and the sticker basket is full of holiday fun. So many Kewpies in here before school! That's why we love #LibraryforLife!
