That's the secret.
You're frustrated you're not getting results.
Then BE frustrated.
Direct all that energy during your walks and workouts.

Decide you are DONE repeating old cycles again and again. It's exhausting isn't it??

January to June. She finally does her first unassisted pull up! Keep showing up you might just surprise yourself on a random Wednesday when it wasn't even part of the programming and you just try and see for fun! I blew my own mind today 🤯 and it felt so damn good btw - if I can do it. So can you!
I ate lunch before we went out because I don't let myself get hangry but also was reminding myself and now you today that food is a fun way to celebrate but it is not always necessary. We can still enjoy a celebration with people that we love and make empowered decisions. The restaurant will be there next time, so will the food and I intend to enjoy it another time.
Can you give yourself permission to make an empowered decision like this as well and not feel obligated to eat because others are??

What if you went for it?
That goal you've avoided because it felt selfish.
You finally DECIDE it's time.
Why not you?
Why not now?
What if you allow yourself to be supported to reach that goal because deep down as nervous as you might be you think you can actually achieve it.
You know how good it will feel.
How confident you'll feel.
How you'll dress.
Even how you walk and interact with others.
You have purpose and direction for YOURSELF again, not just waking up and doing for everyone else in your life.
As much as you love it there is this longing.
Working towards something just for YOU gives you a great sense of pride and accomplishment.

You spiraled.
Old patterns showed up and ran the show so you stopped everything and leaned into whats familiar.
You beat yourself up for being in this place.
AGAIN.
Why? You ask yourself why do I always do this?
I believe we repeat patterns because we need to continue learning the lessons.
We also return to what's familiar even if it hurts us because that's our human nature.
If this is you I want you to know that there's nothing wrong with you.
You're not broken.
The good news.

You CAN become a woman who keeps promises to herself and hits her goals.
She already exists right here right now.
It can be as simple as deciding and taking action.
