Postpartum is a time for a rebuild. It can be such a transformation in the best of ways.
But I see misinformation floating around everywhere. Stop exercising with prolapse, don’t do sit ups with a c-section, avoid jumping if you’re leaking. We slowly do less and avoid more.
And then we look up a year (or 5) later and don’t recognize ourselves. Our energy is different, our bodies feel fragile, and it’s a state of overwhelm.
That’s why I do what I do. To meet moms where they’re at, and move the needle FORWARD. Not to tell you to do less or be less, but to move in a positive direction. With guidance, with education, and with hope.
I reflect on the postpartum journey often. What society projects onto women, what providers tell women, and what social media influence has in the postpartum space.
It’s important to find the right providers. Ones that empower, and don’t tell you to do less or be less. I hear women come in day after day with similar stories, but that doesn’t have to be where you settle.
I’m rooting for you on this journey 🫶🏼
And the fun part?? This takes 6 minutes MAX 💨
The glutes are the powerhouse of the pelvic floor (kinda like the mitochondria???) and I dig a b***y burner to start my workout. I did this before I deadlifted to prime my hips and hinge pattern 🍑
This is a great circuit by itself if you’re in a big time crunch.
Back pain? Try it. Glute pain? Try it. Move your body and your muscles will thank you 🤩
Workout: 10 reps of each (or each leg) for 3 rounds.
Have a great b***y burn!!! 🔥

Just out here trying to make an impact in women’s health within our mid-Missouri community 🫶🏼
I was never a khakis and polo type of girl.
You’ll catch me wearing athletic wear, because we move in our sessions, I move while doing manual work on you, and I want to let my own gut go when I’m at work all day (practice what I preach iykyk!!)
Physical therapists are movement experts. I expect you to move. I expect myself to move. So I dress accordingly 🫶🏼
Now what brand to wear is a fun debate 😉 drop your fav athleisure brand below. I’m always looking for fun fitness brands 👇🏼
