When you know what’s meant for you, there are no limits to how much you can love, live, and achieve. This week marks the beginning of a new chapter that will continuously challenge and push me out of my comfort zone. With confidence and faith in a vision much greater than myself, I am set for unimaginable growth and success. Let’s go!

So honored to have completed Leadership Charlotte as a member of Class 45! The experience has been truly transformational, filling my heart with a renewed sense of purpose.
I am grateful to all of my family, friends, and colleagues who have supported the process and the journey!

My grandfather was a fan of powerful speakers such as Nelson Mandela, George S. Patton, Lyndon B. Johnson, and Martin Luther King, Jr., to name a few. Grandpa encouraged me always to articulate and speak up. With his distinctive Jamaican accent, Grandpa would say, “You’re a leader, Namaine. You have to let the world know.”
I am grateful for his inspiration to share my voice and make an impact!
Love you, Solomon N. Werdenie.

Domestic violence impacts everyone, including me.
October is National Domestic Awareness Month, and my great friend Melody Gross is doing amazing things to support those experiencing relationship abuse.
Melody’s fund and company, Eva Lee Parker Fund and Courageous SHIFT, have launched the “Reclaim You!” Tote Bag Initiative.
The Reclaim You! Tote Bag Initiative provides victims of domestic violence a grab-and-go bag with the immediate necessities needed to escape the abuser.
How can we help?
Show your support for those experiencing relationship abuse and donate much-needed items to the “Reclaim You!” Tote Bag Initiative. Donations can be dropped off during the launch event on Saturday, October 7, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Pauline's Tea-Bar Apothecary, 2326 Arty Avenue.
Visit https://bit.ly/ReclaimYouToteBagInitiative and to learn more.
Together, we can make a difference.🦋😊

During one of my Charlotte staycations, I ventured to the NoDa neighborhood and met the bookstore owner, Rob Banker, of I’ve Read It In Books.
I’ve Read It In Books is an indie bookstore that sells books and contributes to the literacy of the Charlotte community. Rob lives purposefully and supplied free books to those in the now-vacated homeless encampment a few years ago.
I've Read It In Books is also the winner of QC Nerve's 'Best In The Nest: Best Bookshop Critics' Choice 2021.'
Rob and his bookstore represent a passion for intentionally providing for and inspiring others—a common theme that has led to “Unleash Intentional Success” landing on the shelves of . Grateful!
