Meet Coach Duncan!

"My name is Carolyn Duncan and I am the head coach at Caughman Road Elementary. This is my 3rd year coaching and my 2nd year being the head coach in both the fall and spring seasons.

My favorite thing about Run Hard is watching the growth of the students throughout the season, seeing them bond as a team and cheer each other on.

My favorite character word is perseverance because when you can push through challenges and not quit, the feeling of success is that much more rewarding."

Today our students proudly represented our school at the Richland One Fitness Bowl! This year was the first year Caughman Road participated in this event, and we are beyond proud of them for how they competed today, as well their willingness to challenge themselves, and their commitment to fitness! 💪🏽🏃🏾‍♂️ Way to represent us so well! 🎉

We also want to give a shoutout to a few of our students for earning a spot on the District Fitness Bowl Team. Those students are Braelynn Glover, Beckham Johnson, Gabriel Velasaquez, Karson Council, and Leo Blackmon.
Beckham Johnson was also awarded Mr. Fitness 2026 for the Novice Division.
