🚀🏆 EMPOWERING STUDENTS. BUILDING WINNING LEADERS ACROSS SOUTH CAROLINA!

🥇We kicked off The Winning Leadership Challenge™ – Workforce, Transition & Leadership Readiness Training Program FIRST COHORT at the Heyward Career and Technology Center Victory Program!

Our program is an 8-step leadership development framework designed to prepare students for employment, independence, responsible adulthood, and Winning Leadership.

And we’re already in action! 💪

Through engaging, hands-on leadership development, students will strengthen critical skills including:

💡 Decision-Making & Problem-Solving
