Last night we hosted a trivia night for our members! We were also joined by some Sport Management professors who joined in and challenged the students. Everyone involved had a great time. This event was a great way for our members to network with each other while also taking part in some fun trivia.

This weekend we had our end-of-the year trip to St. Louis. We met with professionals from both the St. Louis Cardinals and the St. Louis Blues. We also were able to take tours of both Busch Stadium and the Enterprise Center. The Blues were able to get us a Sky Suite for the game and everybody had a great time there last night. Today we went to the Cardinals & Diamondbacks game. This was a great trip for everyone involved. Everyone had a great time getting to connect with professionals and just hang out with each other. We thank everyone for their hard work this school year that allowed us to take this trip. Without our members this would not be possible and we can’t thank them enough. We look forward to future SPRTA end-of-the year trips!

Last night we held our first general meeting of the second semester! We had guest speaker from three PRS professors. We thank Dr. Brimecombe, Dr. Massengale, and Dr. Xu for coming to talk to us about our future professions and giving us advice on how to navigate our industry. We also provided Canes chicken for our members and professors so thank you to them for catering! We look forward to what we have planned for the rest of the semester and we hope everyone enjoy the meeting last night!

Thank you to those who joined us tonight at Shakespeare’s! We hope everyone had a great time and enjoyed the great pizza! We’d also like to thank everyone who’s helped us out this semester, we know it wasn’t always easy but we are glad we are getting back to somewhat normalcy. We have a lot more planned for next semester so stay tuned for that!

Last night we hosted our first meeting of the new school year at Faurot Field! We are thankful to be working with Mizzou Athletics this upcoming football season to sell chair backs! We’d also like to thank everyone who made it our last night to the meeting/team building exercise! We are looking forward to Saturday and our next meeting!
