🍎✨ Teacher Appreciation Week is almost here! ✨🍎

Next week, we get to celebrate the incredible teachers, para-professionals, and office staff who make our school such a special place every single day. From Monday, May 4th through Friday, May 8th, PTO will be hosting a week full of themed treats, surprises, and appreciation to help spoil the amazing people who care for our students all year long. 💛

This year, we’re making it easy with our “Guilt-Free & No Fuss” Donation Form heading home next week!

No shopping. No wrapping. No stress. Just simple donation options ranging from $5–$30, or whatever you want to donate, that help PTO create a fun and memorable week for the entire staff.

Hello Wildcats! 🐾🌙

Get ready to go wild—our annual Art Walk is transforming into “A Night at the Zoo!” Join us next Thursday from 5:30–7:00 PM for an evening full of creativity, critters, and fun! 🐠

Wander through our “exhibits” and admire the amazing artwork your little artists have created—each piece as unique as a zebra’s stripes! 🦓 Enjoy a free dinner and dessert (no foraging required 😉), and stop by our creation station to turn your child’s masterpiece into a button or magnet—your very own souvenir from the “zoo!”

While you’re exploring, swing by and help support our school district by completing a quick parent survey—it’s a small act that makes a BIG impact! 🐘

Be sure to prowl over to our raffle baskets and silent auction—we’ve gathered some ROAR-some items you won’t want to miss! 🦁 We’ll be sharing a sneak peek video soon, so stay tuned…

❄️ No school on Monday and looking for something fun to do? ❄️

The Glacier Gateway PTO invites the whole family to a FREE ice-skating party at Stumptown Ice Den in Whitefish 🧊⛸️
🕙 10:00 AM–12:00 PM

🎉 Skating is on us for all Glacier Gateway students and their families
☕ Hot cocoa provided to keep everyone warm

📄 Flyers are coming home today or tomorrow—please fill out the waiver on the back (one per family) and bring it with you on Monday to enter the rink.

We can’t wait to see you there for a fun morning on the ice! 💙

Next week is the week of our Scholastic Book Fair.
We will be hosting our book fair from Tuesday, January 27th to Friday, January 30th.

For the easy way to pay we encourage setting up eWALLET through the Scholastic website https://www.scholastic.com/bf/glaciergatewayelementarysch1

Hours for the Book Fair will be
Tues 7:45am – 6:30pm
Wed & Thurs 7:45am – 4:00pm
Fri 7:45am – 1:00pm

🦃 TURKEY TROT TOMORROW! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
Join us for our PTO Turkey Trot tomorrow at 10 AM!

We’ll have raffles for turkeys, full holiday dinners, and lots of other fun goodies. Want a free raffle entry? Just bring a classroom snack item to donate!

And don’t rush off after the race—stick around for pumpkin pie, hot cocoa, and warm cider to celebrate a job well done. 🍂🥧☕️

Bundle up, bring the whole family, and let’s kick off the season together! 🧡🦃✨
