Last yoga class I’m planning to teach for a while is this Friday 10:30am at Yoga Hive in Whitefish! 🥰 It’s a perinatal class… but is at its core basically gentle yoga, meaning you certainly don’t have to be a pregnant person to sign up! Post-partum people and parents who need a nurturing practice - all are welcome.

Feel free to join me for one last in person practice ✌️ P.S. - there are a handful of recorded online classes you can do “with me” through ‘s online classes 🥰 otherwise, I’ll see ya on the other side of the mat. I get to enjoy being a student and taking yoga for baby Harlan and me until he decides it’s time to make his big debut ❤️
