The fog delay did not keep us from our Read-a-Thon Celebration! Thank you to all of our guest readers and your flexibility today! Our students and staff did a great job dressing as their favorite book characters. 😊

What a great day we had with Steve Seskin today! Our Upper Elementary students wrote a song titled Friendship Zone with him. They were than able to perform it for the younger students! Steve gave a great assembly on kindness. Thankful for the experiences today!

Always a great start to our day when we have students greeting their peers as they enter the doors. Those are some contagious smiles!

Our Upper Elementary took their first walking field trip of the year to Morsches Park. They studied nature, explored the woods, and had some team bonding! For some, it pushed them out of their comfort zone, and for others, it was "the best day ever".

We are so excited for this opportunity and can't wait to see the products our students create! Thank you to United Way of Whitley & Kosciusko Counties, Kacey Anderson, and Sara Hendricks!!

Remember home ec? Learning to sew pillows, make pizza, or scramble eggs?

Mary Raber Montessori understands the role of those skills in students lives and is teaching them through their Practical Life program. Cooking, sewing, basic tools, and taking care of things!

They needed some extra support to grow it further. So we sent them $5,000.

This gift puts Practical Life skills in front of 200 kids.

Well done, Mary Raber PTSO.
