Hello, here is us using a trend to inform you that we now have open practice for pole and aerial every Friday night at 8:10pm! Come practice what you have learned all week and hang out with some friends!

When booking on Groovio, please make sure to select if you’re doing pole or aerial! This helps us know how many poles and rigs will be in use ☺️

We know her, we love her, we trust her for ultimate stick! 😍

iTac2 Sports Grip & Pole Fitness Grip ® will keep you on the pole through countless sweaty hours of training. 💪 I used to think it was way too hard to remove from a pole until I tried their specialized Pole Cleaner which helped me get it off the pole post training without any extra elbow grease. Use this when you’re done training and your pole will look good as new and even better, it won’t leave your pole slippery for the next person to use it!

‼️Remember‼️ a little goes a long way and definitely let it sit for 1-2 minutes before jumping on the pole. This grip works with your body heat! Before applying another layer, try warming your contact points again to reactivate what you already put on, that’s the secret.

Remember grip aid isn’t cheating! Just use your grip as the manufacturer directs and you’ll be having a sticky and successful practice. 😌

Thank you so much iTac2 for these goodies and all of us Bling Babes will be crushing goals with these grips 😎
