The APPLE Scholarship Foundation is accepting 2023 scholarship applications now through Wednesday, April 5. ππππ
The scholarships are available to students who plan to attend community college or a four-year university, and also to students who plan to pursue post-secondary vocational training at an accredited organization.
The online application includes a well-written essay on the topic, "Dreams for my Future - describe how continuing your education at an accredited college or trade school will help you reach your career and/or personal goals." Essays should not exceed 500 words.

Congratulations to our APPLE Scholarship Foundation awardees from the Class of 2019!
Out of nearly 100 applicants from throughout the district, we interviewed and awarded scholarships to the following 16 graduating CJUSD seniors and/or students of CJUSD employees:

Congratulations to all of them! We hope that all of our current and past APPLE awardees will keep in touch and let us know how they are doing.
The APPLE Scholarship Foundation was formed by district employees in 2001 and over the years has paid more than $390,000 in scholarships for Colton Joint Unified School District students and students of our employees.
This is possible because of generous support from employees throughout the district through regular payroll deductions and from the community through participation in our fundraising events. It is a collective investment in the future of both our students and our region.

The following 20 students are receiving a total of $25,000 in various amounts to help them pursue their personal paths to lifelong education.
