March is National Athletic Training Month, we recognize the athletic trainers who help keep student-athletes safe, healthy, and able to compete.

Athletic trainers are healthcare professionals who play a vital role in school athletics. They help prevent injuries, recognize medical concerns, respond in emergencies, guide rehabilitation, and ensure safe return to play.

Today and everyday, we thank athletic trainers for the care, knowledge, and commitment they bring to high school sports. 💜🩺🖤

Our first day of Science CMAS Bootcamp is officially underway at Mesa Ridge! 🧪🔬

Our science teachers are working alongside our juniors to help them feel confident and prepared for state testing. These sessions are designed to sharpen skills, review key concepts, and build test-taking strategies. This year we’re offering student incentives on test day to reward effort and focus! 💪

Join us at Mesa Ridge High School on February 18th as we honor one of our very best: Kylee Shook (Class of 2016). From leading the Grizzlies to a State Championship to dominant careers at Louisville and in the WNBA, Kylee’s impact on the game is unmatched.

We are officially retiring her jersey and celebrating a legacy that includes 1,299 rebounds and 620 career blocks. You don't want to miss this!
