From the Goodman Family: We have two kiddos enrolled in Childbloom and it has been the best place for them to learn music. The structure is enough to keep them moving, but it is joyful and gentle instruction. They are so encouraging! We love that they have a set program but also are so in tune with our kids needs and interests. We have been at Childbloom for over 6 years. +AMAZING, encouraging people!!! +Focus on good technique to help students grow and play comfortably for a lifetime (poor technique can lead to strains and injuries) +Ensemble groups for students to have fun making music with others +While the Childbloom curriculum focuses on classical guitar repertoire and technique, there are knowledgeable instructors that can help students to expand/transition to other styles and guitars—my teen wanted to learn flamenco techniques and is doing amazing! (Another staff member is really into electric as well as being classically trained.) The Childbloom Guitar Program of Colorado Springs has been an amazing gift in our teen’s life. My teen has gone from tone deaf, early elementary student who couldn’t tell if his guitar was in or out of tune, to being able to hear that his guitar is in or out of tune and play lovely, challenging pieces Maria Pierce April 25th 2025
