This year, OES has so many new and exciting traditions taking off! đź’śđź’›

One of our favorites is ! We want our students to feel our excitement every Monday as we welcome them back after the weekend and kick off another great week together!

And now, we’re excited to introduce another new OES tradition…

✨ OES BUDDY HOUSES! ✨

With the goal of building a stronger school community, increasing student and staff belonging, encouraging positive behavior and leadership, and strengthening our OES spirit and culture, every student and staff member now belongs to one of three Buddy Houses:

Throughout the year, our Buddy Houses will take part in fun challenges and activities, earning points along the way. Our Buddy House Leaderboard will track the friendly competition and show which house is leading the way!

We are SO excited about the connection, leadership, school spirit, and friendly competition this new tradition will bring to OES. We can’t wait to watch our students and staff build relationships across our school, cheer one another on, demonstrate leadership, and create unforgettable memories together.

POWER Zone Food Truck Family Picnic!

We’re excited to invite all of our POWER Zone families and staff to our POWER Zone Family Picnic on Thursday, September 3, from 4:30–6:30 p.m. at Skyview Middle School!

This is a chance for families from all seven POWER Zone schools to come together, play family games, participate in kids’ activities, and enjoy music while Principal Levi DJs! We will have six food trucks, or you can bring your own picnic. We’re excited to see you soon!
