❤️ Our hearts are heavy after the passing of Dolly Parton. Just months ago, we celebrated 3 million Dolly Parton's Imagination Library books delivered to children, with Governor Polis presenting our student Lucas his book. Dolly believed every child deserved a love of reading. Her generosity changed countless lives, including here at Early Connections. Thank you, Dolly, for helping us write brighter futures.

Have you explored the historic library at our Day Nursery? 📚

These shelves hold stories that are nearly as old as Early Connections itself. You’ll find treasures like Alice in Wonderland, The Wizard of Oz, Robinson Crusoe, and even a charming little Pinocchio.

The books show their age. Their bindings are worn, their gold lettering has faded, and their pages have been touched by generations of little hands.

Today, this room is used for meetings and conversations about the future of early childhood education. But years ago, it was a place for stories, imagination, and rainy afternoon adventures.

It’s a small room with a big history. And it’s a reminder that while early childhood education continues to change, one thing has always stayed the same: the importance of giving children a place to learn, imagine, and grow. ❤️

This recognition is so well deserved. Liz leads with heart, purpose, and a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of children, families, and our entire community.

We are incredibly grateful for the way she leads Early Connections Learning Centers and for all she does to move our mission forward. Her dedication, vision, and care have made such a meaningful impact on our organization and the families we serve.

We could not be happier to see Liz receive this honor. Congratulations, Liz! We are so proud of you and so lucky to have you leading the way.
