The countdown to return those Library books is on! There are currently 375 books still checked out. The first class to return all their books earns a popsicle party and 30 minutes of extra prep for their teacher!

More great news from TdVA 5th grade! Ellie won the Mountain View Electric Coloring Contest! Her design will be turned into a sticker to promote electrical safety.

Congratulations to 5th grader Audrey, who was one of 6 winners in the city of Colorado Springs, Jean Ciavonne Poetry Contest! The theme was “Remembering our Past to Inform Our Future”. She submitted a poem that tells a story about a Colorado’s history to modern-day life. She received an award this past Saturday through the Pikes Peak Library District.
