Even after months of hibernation your sourdough starter is usually ok! Especially if it isn’t moldy or has khalm yeast!!

Just finding joy in making sourdough again, nothing like it 🤎✨🥖
Hello new friends!! So I’ve been trying to update this page for months and my Facebook on my phone wouldn’t let me! But online classes are in the works! Sorry for the huge delay! My oven sadly met it’s end on thanksgiving day, so any baking has completely stopped since then.
I apprecite you all dearly, I hope and pray a new oven will come by February!
