Spectacular final day of Colorado‘s Key Women Educators DKG Leadership Conference! We had a third session with Dr. Teresa Cowan, who elevated opportunities within the Visionary Network! All were encouraged to share their gift of leadership to help others lead and learn!! The US Forum work was shared, alongside celebrations for Pueblo’s Beta Chapter‘s continued donations for Hope and Home Foster program. Membership milestones from 5-50 years members & STAR CHAPTER awards certificates rounded out our third day together! Huge thanks to Rho Chapter for all elements crafted, coordinated, built, scavenged, & shared as this conference was the perfect example of the ever-empowering lady leaders across our beautiful State of Colorado! Thank you all!! See You in a few weeks as we learn, lead, & share our collective Omega State energy at the International DKG Convention at the Ga***rd of the Rockies Resort in Aurora, Colorado! ❤️🥰🌹🤩💪🏽🫶🏽😎🤙🏽

Fantastic PACKED day 2 of our Colorado DKG State Leadership Conference! Engaged and Empowered by Dr. Teresa Cowan on living a “Radically Inspired Life!” The Membership Team shared levels of membership, potential advancements, quotes on the importance of leadership shifts, AI designed slides, GIS data, graphs and charts of chapter activities and new ideas for meeting locations and the evidence of how chapters engage communities across CO.
Many gifts provided by Rho Chapter! We sang and celebrated a member’s 90th birthday!!! Colorado’s Key Women Educators shared the many details of what it means to be a member via shared experience, stories, 7- 45 minute sessions on current and future educator opportunities and just pure joy!! Took 3 field trips in the Colorado Springs area: Colorado City History Museum, Garden of the Gods tour, and the Space Foundation Discovery Center to even walk on the moon and tour the solar system with NOAA Science on a Sphere!!! We honored and surprised our Colorado Editor, Juana Hajek, with the Omega State Award. The rest of the evening included brave members showcasing their talent in our state talent show. Fun Fun Fun For All!! One more day to go!!! Stay tuned!!!

Day 1 of Colorado Delta Kappa Gamma Key Women Educators was a true delight! Members arrived to a room full of energy and a skit about our Founder: Dr. Annie Webb Blanton and her Angel sister Frannie, and the lessons learned in 1929, with an old west twist and tablescapes!! We were graced by Dr. Terese Cowan to engage with past, present and future potential within the local, regional & global levels of our Educator Society! What a gem!!❤️🥰 Lots of time to Think and Act on ways to use our voices and deep dive into our “Why’s” of membership. A great meal and time for a roomful of collaborative conversations with CO State Leadership at all levels!
