So good to reconnect.
Happy birthday Dee.
If you received the fall issue of Echoes, you know Homecoming for Good Counsel alumnae is set for Sunday, April 24, 2022. I'm sending an email to the addresses I have.
Since we were not able to get together for our 55th reunion, are you interested in a Saturday event for April 2022? We had previously planned a dinner with spouses/partners starting in the late afternoon.
Having been in the catering business, places need to be reserved way in advance for events. I'm happy to do this.
Please let me know your thoughts on this and if you know of anyone not on this list let them know.
I know many classmates are on Facebook so maybe someone could post it on there. I'm not that familiar with Facebook.
Hope to hear from you all soon,
Phyllis Schartz Becktell

To all my fellow Good Counsel women, Sister Margareta died January 29th . Her funeral is this Friday at 10:30 with a prayer service starting at nine in the Chapel. I will be going because I really loved that woman. Anyone else plan to attend? Lunch after? Would love to see some folks.😉

Governor Mark has appointed Senator Kathy Sheran as an at-large member of the Commission on Judicial Selection.
Sheran will be replacing Randy Kehr, who resigned last month, for a term expiring on January 7, 2019.
Kathy Sheran retired earlier this year after ten years as Minnesota State Senator for District 19, where she served on the Senate Judiciary Committee and chaired the Health, Human Services and Housing Committee.
Prior to her service in the State Senate, Senator Sheran worked for over 35 years in health care as both a clinician and an associate professor at Minnesota State University, Mankato, and served for 16 years on the Mankato City Council.
