Being able to set and stay committed to worthwhile goals is a leadership principle we hope all of our students are practicing both in and out of the studio.

As we move into 2026, we're challenging you to think about your intentions for the coming year and to get creative by summing up those goals in ONE WORD.

Stop by the desk at the studio this month and grab the supplies to make yourself a charm to remind you of your intentions and carry it with you as a reminder.

Do you feel like something is missing in your life? Maybe it’s working your brain while moving your body in a fun and challenging way. Or maybe it’s community; the camaraderie that you felt while standing in a roda, clapping your hands, and singing a song. Well, WE MISS YOU!

And so, for the month of January, we are offering a special to any PREVIOUSLY ENROLLED students who wish to come back to capoeira. If you re-enroll by JANUARY 31, we will WAIVE your down payment (~$300), give you the first month of tuition FREE (~$200), and help you to update your kit FREE of charge (~$100) for a total savings of ~$600!! The real power of capoeira lies in the communities it builds.

When we were notified that donations to this year's toy drive for the Children's Hospital were unusually low, we knew that our community could help.
