Our next truck will be serving the Navajo, Papago, Hopi, Zuni, and those living in the surrounding area of Gallup, New Mexico. Gallup is one of the oldest towns in the United States. It is known as the Indian Capital of the World and features a diverse culture with a significant portion (43%) of the local population being Native American. Before the pandemic 1 in 5 children in the state suffered from food insecurity, since the pandemic, that number rose to 1 in 4 children; however, in Gallup 1 in 3 children suffer from food insecurity. Any help you can give is humbly appreciated.
