😨Living an unfulfilled life a life that lacked improving the lives of those around me. In other words a PURPOSELESS/VISIONLESS LIFE.

🧠 I am not the most “gifted” the most “affluent” the most “educated” nor the “smartest” person. But being a son of two Haitian immigrants I am a hard-worker, resourceful, persistent, hungry, ambitious, a student at mastering my craft and disciplined to following the process. Greatness isn’t being BETTER than anyone else, greatness is using the genius Elohim has given to us to positively impact, elevate, inspire and celebrate others to pursue their greatness.

🏆Being featured as Top 100 black educators in the state of Colorado is truly an honor and I never want to lessen the value of this recognition. I also want to echo life has not been easy smooth sailing but rather challenging, discouraging, painful, depleting and traumatic. The smile you see is a daily choice I make to embrace my pain to fuel my passion & purpose. Because no matter how hard I get knocked down I’ll get back up.

At Shepherd Revolution Leadership Academy we are obsessed with doing education differently.

Had a strategizing conversation with Marisa who is a mediation & yoga therapist on how we can incorporate mindfulness into our curriculum.

Practicing mindfulness reduces depression, trauma, anxiety and so many other low frequency emotions that is plaguing our children.

✨Meet Jerrica ✨

Jerrica has spent about fifteen years in customer service roles, with nearly five of those years in retail management.

She recently graduated with an Associate of Arts with a concentration in Technical Writing and Communication.

Jerrica serves as a board member, grant writer and social coordinator at Shepherd Revolution Leadership Academy while earning her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Technical Communication and Information Design.

Jerrica has an inclusive heart, a strategic mind and hard working hands. She embodies servant leadership by the way serves and loves those around her.

👁 In 2018 I shared with my wife what the father placed on my heart ❤️ to start a private leadership academy. She supported me and the vision.

🧑🏾‍🦱Our oldest son Malachai said “you have to fake it until you make it. And I responded “I don’t fake it, I see the vision as real as I see my hands. I am grateful that y’all are able to see the manifestation”

1️⃣ Thank you to Shuck Foundation - Steve & Larry for believing in me and this vision enough to become our first investor to ... our nonprofit is growing rapidly and like I’ve shared it’s the fathers vision so he’ll supply the provision.

🔑HERE ARE MY MAJOR KEYS 🔑

🔑 #1 Honor ⬆️- the father, honor ⬇️ - the people you serve honor all the way around - the people who work lateral to you.

🔑 #2 Be the hardest worker in the room. A lot of people “talk big and never follow though or follow up”. Discipline is doing what you need to do, not necessarily what you want to do.

🔑 #3 Become OBSESSED with the process and the results will always be in your favor.

🔑 #4 Intelligent people learn from EVERYONE and EVERYTHING, average people learn from experiences and dumb/stupid/fools have all the answers (don’t be a fool!).

🔑 #5 Everyday make progress and the everyday get clarity
