During **Emotions Week**, we’re reminding our little learners that every feeling is important. Happy, sad, excited, frustrated, worried, or proud—learning to understand and express our emotions is an important part of growing up. 💛

As adults, we can help children navigate those big feelings by offering patience, comfort, and a safe place to talk. Sometimes a listening ear and a loving hug can make all the difference.

This week at GPCC, we’re learning all about **EMOTIONS!**

Our little learners will explore different feelings, learn how to recognize and name their emotions, and practice healthy ways to express themselves. Through stories, crafts, conversations, and hands-on activities, we’ll discover that **all feelings are okay** and learn ways to work through those big emotions! 💕

We’ll also practice showing kindness, understanding how others may be feeling, and using our words to communicate what we need.

Come to school wearing your **silliest socks AND your craziest hair!** We can’t wait to see all of the fun and creative looks!

📖👑🐉 **Nursery Rhymes & Fairy Tales Week at GPCC!** 🐉👑📖

Once upon a time... our classrooms became the most magical place to learn! ✨

This week we'll be exploring **Nursery Rhymes & Fairy Tales** through imaginative stories, hands-on activities, creative crafts, dramatic play, and plenty of fun! From princes and princesses to dragons, castles, and beloved storybook characters, our little learners will let their imaginations soar.

📚 We'll practice rhyming, sequencing, storytelling, and creative thinking while bringing classic tales to life!

👑 **Friday: Dress Like Your Favorite Character Day!** 🎭

Children are invited to come dressed as their favorite nursery rhyme or fairy tale character! Whether it's a prince, princess, Little Red Riding Hood, Goldilocks, the Three Little Pigs, a knight, a dragon, or another favorite storybook friend, we can't wait to see everyone's creative costumes!

It's going to be a week filled with imagination, adventure, and happily ever afters! ✨📖

Please remember to send your child with:
🚲 A bike, tricycle, or scooter
⛑️ A properly fitting helmet

🏷️ **Label Your Child's Items:**
Masking tape will be available at the *front counter* (next to the SmartCare sign-in) for you to label your child's bike/scooter and helmet.

Children will participate in the Trike-a-Thon during their regular outdoor play time.
