Mr. Rasmussen’s 3rd-grade class got to end the year with a bang! 🎉 Not only did the WHOLE class earn Math Masters, but to celebrate, they got to spray Mr. Rasmussen’s hair every color of the rainbow! 🌈✨ The finishing touch? GLITTER! What a fun way to celebrate all their hard work this year! 🎊

Academy District 20 (D20) wrapped up the school year by presenting its annual "Of the Year" awards to outstanding staff members and teams. A special thank you goes out to Pre-K teacher Mrs. Dufur and her husband for creating the beautiful, custom awards for all of this year's winners. 🏆💙

✨ Kindergarten had their “Glow Up to 1st Grade” party yesterday! 🌟 Our little squirrels had so much fun celebrating all they’ve learned this year and getting ready for 1st grade. Thank you to Mrs. Seabaugh and Mrs. Held for planning such a fun and memorable day!

Field Day fun! ☀️🏃‍♂️💦 Thank you, Ms. Dougherty, for organizing all the amazing activities for our squirrels! Everyone had such a great time making memories, showing teamwork, and enjoying a fun-filled day together. We appreciate all the hard work that made Field Day so special! 🎉🐿️

Pre-K had their own little Field Day on Thursday, and it was full of fun and smiles! ☀️🏃‍♂️🎉

A big thank you to Mrs. DuFur and Mrs. Cortez for arranging such a fun-filled day for our little squirrels. We loved seeing all the excitement, games, and teamwork! ❤️🐿️

First grade had their “Camp Learned-a-Lot” — what a great way to wrap up another amazing school year! ⛺📚☀️

Students got to read in hammocks, write inside tents, take a sensory hike, and play team-building games. The grand finale was making delicious s’mores in solar ovens! 🍫🔥

What a fun day full of learning, teamwork, and memories our squirrels will never forget! 🐿️

Mrs. Dockins and Mr. Bivins’ 5th grade classes worked on a pretty amazing project! Our squirrels created their very own food truck businesses and learned all about being entrepreneurs. Each class took turns being consumers and vendors, practicing spending, selling, and running a business.
A special thank you to the owner of 4th Avenue Crepes for visiting our 5th graders and sharing what it’s like to own your own company. To top it all off, students got to enjoy a delicious crepe! 🥞💛

🐣 Big news at Wolford… the baby chicks have arrived! 🐥💛

Mrs. Keller and Miss Coffman’s classes have loved watching the amazing journey from eggs to chicks. From candling the eggs to seeing the first cracks and finally meeting the fluffy little babies, it has been such an exciting learning experience for our students!

Now the hallways are filled with happy chirps and peeps, and everyone loves stopping by to hear all the adorable sounds. 🐣✨ What a fun and unforgettable science adventure!
