For many years I have purchased beer supplies and kits from Old West Homebrew located in Downtown Colorado Springs. The kit I bought is a Belgian Whitewater Wit. Renee Sandoval will tell you that I'm not capable of following a recipe or reading directions for that matter, so I always add something else to the mix. I think I get that from my mom, Eva Sandoval. In this case, Clarissa Woodworth (Renee's sister) suggested butterscotch - so in goes butterscotch, pineapple, and lemon candies. This beer should be ready in a few weeks. Cheers!
