Flannels, flapjacks, and the absolute BEST second graders! 🥞✨ Our kiddos showed up in their cozy plaid and brought the best energy for Flapjacks and Flannel Day. Watching them make memories today was the sweetest treat.

We have some exciting news to share! 🎉

Martinez went up 8 points on our School Performance Framework, our grade from the state based on CMAS results! We are also proud to continue to be rated a Performance School, the highest rating given by the state!

We are so proud of our students and staff for their hard work and growth. Thank you to our families for your continued partnership and support. We are making great progress together!

Martinez is the best because of our amazing students, staff, and families! 🩵🚀

Big news: Arts Experience Day is officially a monthly thing! 🎨🎶🕺

We had the absolute best time kicking off this new tradition with guest artists from BEMIS and Colorado Springs Conservatory! Our kids spent the day singing, dancing, painting, drawing, and bringing the house down with their energy.

Huge thanks to our visiting artists for inspiring our young creators. At Martinez, learning looks different! ✨

What a GREAT first week of school! 💙

One of my favorite things to see at lunch—sweet little notes tucked into lunch boxes from home. 🥹 A few encouraging words can go a long way in reminding our kids that they are loved, supported, and cheered on throughout their day.
