Meet Kristi Smith, a Business teacher at our Colorado Springs Campus who's turning constraints into opportunities. When staffing limitations made traditional scaling impossible, Kristi didn't ask for more resources. Instead, she's opening a student-run coffee shop where learners gain hands-on experience with real technology and operations. This is what Future-Focused education looks like: creativity that prepares students for actual careers, not just tests.
