What is the greatest gift you've ever received?
Did you know that active listening leaders are better equipped to understand their team members' needs and concerns, leading to more effective problem-solving and decision-making?
Active Listening is THE essential component in Conflict Resolution.
Listening is the key.
Empathy is the door.
I recently ministered to an inmate facing 25 years to life.
We talked about rising up and leading his household and community.
The topic was integrity, one of the 9 indispensable values of leadership.
Despite his situation, he listened with a heart ready for change.
I saw a spark of hope and determination in his eyes.
He realized leadership isn't confined by walls.
It's about who you are and the values you hold.
Integrity stands strong, no matter where you are.
I left him with this thought: everyone needs leadership.
Even those behind bars deserve to know they can lead.
To all who feel trapped, your integrity is your power.
Rise up, lead with your heart, and make a difference where you are.
We all need leadership. Even behind bars, it's possible.
What price would you pay to overcome your greatest fear (failure, inadequacy, unacceptance, etc.)?
Leaders think and talk about the solutions. Followers think and talk about the problems.

2. Courageous Love.
a. Individualized coaching for newly engaged or married couples on the topics of love languages, communication, trust, intimacy, respect, conflict resolution, and many other topics.
b. Twice a year, we host a marriage conference that focuses on Love, Respect, Trust, and Communication. This conference is specific to First Responders of all types and Military Personnel as there are specific difficulties that contribute to being married to those who serve our Country.
3. Lionheart Publishing. Writing a book... we will help you navigate the complexities of book publishing at a cost-effective process.
