The Center for Aikido and Tang Soo Do Studies is a dojo/dojang offering traditional instruction in the martial arts of Aikido and Tang Soo Do to students from seven years of age and up. In our classes we stress:· Physical development that enhances coordination and longevity· Mental development that enhances self-discipline and cognition· Spiritual development that enhances our outlook on life and
teaches us that peaceful conflict resolution is best for all society· Social development that enhances our ability to interact with and assist those we meet and come into contact with. Please Note: We teach traditional martial arts, not sports.
