This picture was taken four years ago after a fabulous COS All-City Middle School Honor Band concert. These two students—Lilian and Kim—are now Juniors in HS and continue to excel, along with several other outstanding students in the studio. I’m proud of all of my students and am impressed & inspired by how they have adapted to almost a year of online lessons. They have stayed focused and engaged and are a joy to teach! Although most Honor Bands cannot meet in person this year, these HS students were selected:
CO All-State Bands—Sarah Smith, Sarah Vaughan, Faith Roberts, Lilian Ford, and Amber Hodson
CU Boulder HB—Sarah Smith and Kim Ryan
COS HS All-City HB—Sarah Smith, Sarah Vaughan, Erin Rolston, Amber Hodson, Lilian Ford, Faith Roberts, Kim Ryan, Ashley Meggett, and Katelyn Carlson
COS MS All-City audition results are not yet in.
