Today we got to celebrate the last day of school and our last day with our 8th graders in the best way possible, by having fun with each other and celebrating our community! Thank you to Coach Halbrook and all the volunteers who made today's field day possible. We hope everyone has a wonderful summer and we look forward to seeing you in the fall!

AcademyACL wishes to congratulate our 8th graders on a job well done! We have gotten to watch you grow in not only your academics, but also in your personal journeys. We cannot wait to see what you accomplish in your next adventure! Congratulations Hawks!

AcademyACL had an amazing time celebrating our DI students tonight! Thank you to all the families who braved the weather to listen to their songs, cheer for their accomplishments, and come together to celebrate the end of their first year of school. We cannot wait to see all the amazing things you go on to do. Congratulations DI!

Today, AcademyACL is closed in honor of Memorial Day. We look forward to seeing everyone for the final week of the 2025-2026 school year tomorrow.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our SpringFest! This was our first student written and directed theatrical performance, and we appreciate all who showed to ensure it was a rousing success! Congratulations to our Upper Division Encore Elective students on a job well done! Enjoy your long weekend. You have earned it!

Don't forget, tomorrow night is our annual SpringFest. Our Encore elective students have been working hard on their various productions and we look forward to sharing them with you!

Doors open at 5:30 with the show beginning at 6. Tickets are not required, but this one of our most well attended events, so we do encourage you to arrive early for the best seats.

After completing their science unit on emulsions, Mr. Lindsay's DV class got to do a hands on experiment. They created their own ice cream using a bag in bag method. Students combined the required ingredients, and then had to use their own power to agitate the inner bag of ingredients. They found some creative ways to make sure their mixture stayed moving to create their emulsions and then got to enjoy a tasty treat!

As part of their study on the big idea of interaction, our Advanced Multi-Year Primary Art of Language class, researched an animal, then created a diorama showcasing the food web that their chosen animal lives within. Some of them even had interactive elements! They then presented their dioramas and fact sheets to other primary art of language classes and staff. Take a look at these amazing projects!
