Taekwondo Training APEX Taekwondo Academy is Northeastern Colorado Springs’ most comprehensive Taekwondo School.

We offer a wide variety of physical and mental training in the Korean martial art of Taekwondo. Our training programs have been developed through life-long research and decades of Taekwondo experience. Classes are offered for all skill levels, abilities, and age groups daily. APEX Taekwondo Academy is hosting the CUT Forms Seminar scheduled for Saturday 08/29/2026 at APEX Taekwondo Academy (1935 Jamboree Drive, Suite 150, Colorado Springs, CO 80920).

There will be 2 sessions:
Session 1 is Sport Poomsae from 1:00-3:00PM
Session 2 is Traditional Forms from 3:00-5:00PM

The cost is $35 for each athlete and a portion of the proceeds go to CUT.

APEX Taekwondo Academy is excited to invite you and your athletes to our CUT Forms Seminar.

This event will feature two sessions. One for Sport Poomsae and the other for Traditional Forms. Both sessions will feature interactive training with rules, techniques, and exercises to help athletes reach their competition potential. This event is open to any one, whether you are a seasoned veteran in competition or just getting started. It’s a great opportunity to prepare for upcoming state and national events.

Section 1 (Sport Poomsae): 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
Section 2 (Traditional Forms): 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
