Today, we spotlight our Master of Education graduate, Ilona Rizk.

As the Co-Owner and Managing Director of Kiddie Care Coaching in Dubai, Ilona brings over two decades of international teaching and training experience across Europe, North America, and the UAE.

She specializes in early childhood development, nanny training, and family consultancy.

Her work focuses on standardizing professional childcare standards by designing programs that combine global benchmarks with local cultural values.
