Lot's of new changes coming to my schedule. Starting April 2nd Yoga Foundations at Hippie Soul Yoga Studio - Falcon, CO will be changing to a Gentle Yoga class. I have been wanting a gentle yoga class on my schedule and I am excited! I hope to see you there. 10 am on Sundays.
Starting on April 6th Flow to Yin at Hippie Soul Yoga Studio Interquest will be changing to Yoga Foundations. 9:30 am on Thursdays. I love teaching beginners, and I hope to see you there!
