Today, the Center for Oral History will be interviewing Mr. Donald M. Bishop, who recently completed federal service as the Country Public Affairs Officer at the American Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan. From 1974 to 1979, Then-Captain Bishop served as an instructor in the Department of History at USAFA.
