Our 3rd graders had a very special visitor today at Henry Elementary School, Dennis the Emu! 🦤 The students had such a fun and memorable experience learning and interacting with him during his visit.

A huge thank you to Diana Starkus from The Colorado Springs School District 11 Curriculum Enrichment Department for making this amazing opportunity possible for our students. We appreciate all you do to bring engaging learning experiences to Henry Elementary! 💙💛

Nuestros estudiantes de 3er grado tuvieron hoy una visita muy especial en la Henry Elementary School — Dennis el Emú! 🦤 Los estudiantes disfrutaron muchísimo esta experiencia tan divertida y memorable mientras aprendían e interactuaban con él durante su visita.

Due to the weather, D11 is on a 2-hour delay. No AM Pre-school and buses will pick up 2 hours later than regularly scheduled.
