This once-a-month baking series is the perfect way to build your confidence, sharpen your skills, and finally master baking at high altitude. Each 4.5-hour class dives into the science, chemistry, and art behind baking — from flaky pastries and sky-high cakes to candies, cookies, and caramel.

We’ll take our time (no rushing here!) so you can focus on technique, timing, and flavor while having plenty of fun along the way. And yes — we’ll be talking high-altitude adjustments almost every single week.
