The Building Your Brand Toastmasters meeting focused on celebrating May 4th (Star Wars Day) and Cinco de Mayo themes, with members Keith, Laura, Les, Deb, and others delivering speeches and participating in table topics.

Les presented a humorous speech about vinegar's multiple uses around the home, while Deb shared historical information about Cinco de Mayo and its evolution into an American holiday. The meeting included evaluations from Laura and Ed, timing reports from Ian, and word-of-the-day discussions led by Bonnie Ann Smith.
The group also conducted officer elections, with Katie agreeing to serve as president, Keith as VP Education, Deb as VP Education, Bonnie Ann as Secretary/Treasurer, Ian taking on Vice President of Membership, and Vic handling Public Relations.

We had a great Toastmasters meeting last night! 🎤 Shoutout to Kenny for doing an excellent job on his Level 5 Delivering a Message with Humor an 18-22 speech! 👏

We've changed our time to 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. 15 minutes later. We gather starting 6:15pm.

Our team had our last meeting of 2025 and it sure was a blast! 💥 Huge thanks to Kenny for bringing in the game Side Effects for us to all play! It challenged us in ways we didn’t see coming! 🗣️ HAPPY NEW YEAR! 🎊 We cannot wait to see what 2026 has in store for our club!

We had a great festive-themed meeting and are looking forward to reconnecting after the holidays for a FUN club meeting on 12/30! 🎊

We had a fantastic online meeting last night! A huge shout-out to our Toastmaster, Deb, for stepping in and filling those last-minute roles—thank you for keeping everything running smoothly!

We were treated to three wonderful speeches, and each one was informative, inspiring, and truly memorable. Thank you, Kyla, Laura, and Kim, for sharing your insights and energy with us!

We're already looking forward to our next meeting on Tuesday, December 16th at 6:15 p.m. We hope to see you there! 😊

Last night, we had a great meeting with the theme CHAIRS 🪑. Our Table Topics followed the theme as well, so we enjoyed a full dose of chairs throughout the evening!

We had one speaker for the night. Kyla, who is currently in Level 5 of her Pathway, delivered her Preparing to Speak Professionally project—an 18–22 minute speech. 🎤 Congratulations, Kyla, on completing your speech at 21 minutes and 11 seconds! 👏

We had a wonderful Open House last night! With eight guests in attendance, we were thrilled to meet so many new faces and make new friends. 🤝

This weekend our club president, Keith Horowitz, DTM, was recognized as Toastmaster of the Year for our district, and we were excited to celebrate his accomplishment together. Please join us in congratulating Keith on this outstanding achievement! 🏆
